The Cocktails of the carribean

Wanderung in St. VincentCocktails and the caribbean is a never ending story.Starting with the base of so many nice cocktails, the typicall caribbean ron, over the many fruits and juices made from them to te sugar at the edge of the glass. The climate here is the right one to sit there with a glass in one hand enjoying the day. or the sunset. or simply life.

Sorrel-Champagne

Sorrel Sekt

Everybody knows the french Kir Royal but nearly no one knows the carribean version of this delicious stuff. This could be changed, here is a recipe:

put a bit of sorrel sirup into a champagne glas and fill up with sparkling wine or champagne. Really delicious with an absolute nice color.

Passion Sunset

2cl Bellos Passionsfruit Sirup
1cl Barons Mandelaroma
2cl Montagues Limettensaft

Put all into a Shaker and pour it into a glass filled with ice cubes. Fill up with freshly pressed orange juice and decorate the glas with an orange slice. Add 1-2 cl Grenadinesirup carefully, so that the sun can go down.

Pina Colada Smoothie

50 gr Ananasfruitmeat
3 El Baron Coconut Cream
2cl Montagues Limejuice
4cl Pineapplejuice
200ml chrushed Ice

Put everything into a mixer, mix it well up and pour it all into a glass and decorate it with a pineapple disk and a cocktail cherry.

Nutty Coke

somr drips of Barons Mandelaroma
5cl Montagues Limettensaft

Put all into a Shaker and pour it into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Fill it up with Coke.

Tropic

2cl Bellos Passionsfruit Sirup
2cl Bellos Guava Sirup
some dashes of Barons Almond Essence
3cl Montagues Limejuice12cl Ananassaft
3 El Baron Coconut Cream

Put everything into a shaker, shake it well and pour it into a glass. Decorate with a straw, pineapple slice and whatever you like.

Applejuice with almond flavor

Barons Almond Essence

We all know Applejuice with Amaretto as a very delicious drink. If you like the same taste just without alcohole then add as much Barons Almond Essence as you like to pure Applejuice.

Sweet Lime

green Kiwi Wonder Liqueur
Bitter Lemon
Montague Pure Lime Juice
white Orangenliqueur

mix 16cl of the Kiwiliqueur with the same amount of Bitter Lemon. Fill into a round icecube maker and put it into the freezer.

When the cubes are frozen then put 2cl of the orangeliqueur and 2cl of the Limejuice into a glas. Add some of the icecubes and fill up with Bitter Lemon.
You may decorate the glass with green sugar and/or a slice of lime.

Coco-Cream

320 ml Barons Coconut Cream
Batida de Coco
evaporated milk of 12% fat
cooled tropical nectar, if you don't have it just get one of our sirups...

Per Glass get about 80ml of the Coconut Cream into a shaker, add 2cl of the Batida and 2cl of the Milk. Fill up with crushed ice, shake it and fill it into a glass. Fill up the glass with the nectar, add a straw.

Pink Flamingo

350-400 ml Baron Coconut Cream
8 cl Barons Grenadine Siroup
Batida de Coco
white Ron
grated coconut to decorate the glasses

If the Coconut Cream is too thick then add water until it is thin enough and you have the needed amount of 400ml.
Dip the edge of the glass into the ron and then into the coconut flakes.
Per glass get 100ml of the Coconut Cream, 2cl of the grenadine, 4 cl of the Batida and some ice into a shaker and shake it hard.
Pour into a glas and add a straw.

Pink Flamingo de luxe

350-400 ml Baron Coconut Cream
150 gr raspberries, freshly purreed and filtered through a sieve
Batida de Coco
Weißer Rum
Kokosraspel als Deko am Glasrand
